Although women make up the bulk of our membership, increasingly, men are becoming members and taking active roles at local and national levels. The Guild’s motto which is taken from Acts 27, verse 23: ‘Whose we are and Whom we serve.’

The Mure Memorial Guild meet on Thursdays, from 2 p.m. to 3.30 p.m., enjoying a very varied, enjoyable and entertaining syllabus. You are more than welcome to come along and join us. Below is this year’s syllabus.

The Juniors and Brigaders of the Girls’ Brigade meet on Wednesdays, from September to May, from 7 to 8:30 p.m. The Juniors age group is 8 to 12 years (Primary 4 to 7). The Brigaders are S1 to S6, 12 years plus.

Girls are welcome to come along and meet their friends (or make new ones) and enjoy games, crafts, baking, outings, dancing and much more. For further information, please email girlsbrigade@mure.org
