On Saturday, 24th February, 2024, the congregations of Mure Memorial and St Andrew’s came together to enjoy an Afternoon Tea and Presentation to celebrate Edson’s moving on from his work in the East End of Glasgow.
Edson attended with his wife Vania and his sons Domenico and Enrico.
We were treated to entertaining speeches from Alastair and Carole, session clerks at Mure and St Andrew’s.
This was followed by some words of thanks from Edson who was roundly applauded by the grateful audience.
Many thanks to the catering ladies and for all the contributions of home baking. An enjoyable afternoon was enjoyed by all.
