Guy Fawkes Evening 2024
A Guy Fawkes Evening was held on 5th November, 2024, at Mure Memorial. This was a joint event organised by St Andrew’s and Mure. A great time was had by all.

Family Guy Fawkes Evening
Mure Memorial and St Andrew’s are hosting a Family Guy Fawkes Evening.
Come and enjoy the view of the fireworks over Glasgow from the front of Mure Memorial Church, on Tuesday, 5th November, from 6 to 8 p.m.

Cafe-style Church Service
Sunday, 29th September saw the first of the new Cafe-style services. It was a joint service at Mure Memorial with St Andrew’s and everyone said it was a great success.

Harvest Thanksgiving
Our Harvest Service will be on 6th October when we will be supporting the Lodging House Mission Harvest Appeal. If you wish to make a donation of a tin/packet or of cash, please bring your donation on 6th October.

Cafe-style Worship Service
We are having a joint service on the fifth Sunday in the month. The first one will be at Mure Memorial on Sunday 29th September at 11:00am.

Thrift Shop Re-Opening
The thrift shop will be re-open on Tuesday, 3rd September 2024 in the large hall.
Come along and enjoy Tea/Coffee and home baking etc. and have a look for a bargain from the selection of varied items.

Correction to The Metro Big Band
There has been a correction to the date for The Metro BIg Band. The correct date is 18th August, at 6.30 p.m. Free admission.

Presentation to Anne Stuart
On Sunday, 22nd April, 2018, a presentation was made to Anne Stuart on her retiral from 43 years of decorating the church sanctuary with flowers.
Her achievements in displaying God’s creation with such skill and artistry have been greatly enjoyed by the congregation and we all wish her well in her retirement from this work.

BB Company Section: Queens’ Badge 2018
On the 16th March, at the Anchor Boy and Company Section Display of the 137th Glasgow Company Boys’ Brigade two young men were rewarded for all their hard work by the presentation of the Queen’s Badge Award.
Congratulations go to Ross Wallace and Ryan Goudie.
Well done to them both!

GB Juniors: Christmas Movie Night
The girls enjoyed a Christmas Movie Night with pizza and popcorn – all dressed in their jammies on Wednesday, 14th December, 2017. A great time was had by everyone


Boys’ Brigade Junior Section Hallowe’en Party
